Essential Training - Option A

After placing your order, your equipment ships in 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you get an automated email that includes tracking information. Your order usually gets delivered in about 10-14 business days after that.

For deliveries to more rural areas and countries outside of Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and the EU, the shipping time may be longer.

If you haven’t received your order acknowledgment email or tracking number, check your junk/spam folder and mark support@alphaMYNDintelligence.com as safe.

Shipping and Delivery Locations

All orders are shipped from either the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or within the European Union depending on the destination. AlphaMYND Intelligence ships to most locations worldwide.

PO/APO/FPO/DPO Boxes

We make every attempt to ship to the address you provide but we can't guarantee delivery to PO/APO/FPO/DPO Boxes in all cases. We strongly recommend using a civic address.

Once shipped, we don't have the ability to reroute packages to new address destinations.

 

Shipping and Return Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for qualifying orders in the United States, Canada, the UK and most EU countries. There is a shipping fee for international shipments added during checkout. There may also be customs and duties.

Return shipping fees: If you're located outside North America, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees if returning your equipment with the courier of your choice.

Customs and Duties

Countries outside of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union may be subject to import duties and customs taxes. This differs based on the laws of your country.

Any customs and duties placed on the order for new purchases or return shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your equipment within 3 days of delivery only if your equipment arrived damaged.

Once you have completed your enrollment you will recieve a welcome email from Dr. Rah the same day or within 24 business hours. The email will include training consent forms and instructions about how and where to schedule your 15-minute meet and greet session (via Zoom) with Dr. Rah. Your meet and greet must be within 3 business days of your enrollment. During your Zoom call, Dr. Rah will review the training expectations and scheduling.
